Marit Hertlein博士是德国乌尔姆大学的博士后研究人员。她先后在荷兰瓦赫 宁根大学获得环境科学学士和森林与自然保护硕士学位，2023至2026年在 德累斯顿工业大学攻读博士学位并参与生物多样性探索计划（BiodiversityExploratories）的CaFoDec 项目，自2026年起在乌尔姆大学从事生态系统韧 性研究。她的研究兴趣包括不同腐殖质类型的分解过程、食腐动物分解者 群落、生物多样性与自然保护，以及生态建模与统计，相关成果发表于《F orest Ecosystems》和《Forest Ecology and Management》等期刊。
报告内容简介：
I will present how canopy openness and forest-management intensity affect the decomposition of different types of necromass based on papers from my PhD. I will introduce the framework of the Biodiversity Exploratories in Germany. It is a long-term research platform for biodiversity and ecological research, which I used to study carrion, leaf litter and deadwood decomposition jointly. Finally, I will briefly discuss advantages of long-term research frameworks from a MSc/PhD project perspective and share ideas for studying decomposition in an island-ecology-context.
