本研究是通过真空蒸发结合惰性气体冷凝的方法将废旧电路板焊料中的铅分离回收并制备成高附加值的纳米铅粉。主要利用铅、锡在一定温度下饱和蒸汽压的不同，铅极易的分离出来，并在载气作用下至冷凝区骤冷形成纳米铅。本文探讨了分离并制备出高纯度、高分散纳米铅的最佳条件。本研究为废旧焊锡中回收铅提供理论依据，并为其他含铅废物中回收铅提供思路。
